  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Digital downloads are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@wallartfusion.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received by us safely.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns shipped by the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
